I’m certified in UX Management (IDF) and Conversation Design (CDI), and I’ve helped teams get up and running with conversation design — from scoping and building flows to launching them and answering all the “how do I...?” questions along the way.
Lately, I’ve been especially excited about how AI — particularly large language models — is transforming the way we design and build experiences. I’m passionate about using AI not just to automate, but to create smarter, more human interactions.
